Translation Fees

Clients often reach out to ask about the cost of translating documents like certificates, texts, or official records.

This question isn’t easy to answer, since every text has its own own characteristics, and the translation effort depends on those specifics.

For this reason, having a fixed price list neither practical nor possible. The cost of each translation needs to be estimated individually, based on the particular requirements of the project.

Several factors influence the cost, including the level of difficulty, research required, delivery time, length, and file format of the text. Certification is also an important factor.

Interpretation Fees

For interpreting, half-day or full-day rates apply.

Several factors are key to determining the price for interpreting services, including:

• Type of event
• Distance to the venue
• Type of interpreting (interpretation technique)
• Preparation and follow-up time
• Field of expertise

Travel, waiting, and break times are considered service hours. Unfinished hours are rounded up to the next full hour.

For government agencies, the regulations of the "Judicial Remuneration and Compensation Act" (JVEG) apply.
